Hi, I’m Jae Luos — I write the stories where the line between love and ruin gets deliciously blurry.

If you like your romance dark, your heroes morally questionable, and your plot twists sharp enough to draw blood, you’re in the right place. I write dark romance and romantasy, and I have a weakness for slow-burn tension, chosen families with too many secrets, and endings that earn themselves.

Outside of the pen name, I’m a certified foodie, a devoted match-3 mobile game player (send help), and someone who will happily lose an afternoon to animated history videos. A few things worth knowing about me:

• Despite writing dark, broody romance for a living, my favorite trope to read is food adventure isekai — give me an overpowered protagonist quietly farming and cooking their way through another world (Campfire Cooking in Another World lives rent-free in my head) and I am unreasonably happy.
• I fell into dark romantasy because I have a well-documented weakness for brooding, obsessive love interests — and an equal love for the strong-willed FLs who are the only ones capable of taming them.
• I collect rubber ducks. No further questions.

I started writing because I couldn’t find the stories I wanted to read — so eventually I decided I’d just have to write them myself. A few obsessive bad boys and unshakeable heroines later, here we are.
